About the Settings ID
The settings ID is used to load a specific configuration of the Usercentrics CMP on your website. Without it, the Usercentrics script won't know what banner configuration to load and what services need to be included on it.
Where you can find the Settings ID
You can find the Settings ID in the Admin Interface in several places:
- It will be listed at the top of the screen. Clicking on it will automatically copy the settings ID to your clipboard.
- It's also part of the Usercentrics CMP script tag in the Implementation section, on the Script Tag tab.
Additionally, it can be found in the Account section:
- Select the company your configuration is listed under.
- Under Configurations you should see the Settings ID behind the name on the configuration*
* On smaller screens you may have to hover over the line with your mouse pointer to see the full Settings ID.
Last but not least, when you enter the Admin Interface you'll see the Settings ID in the URL.
For example
https://admin.usercentrics.eu/#/v3/service-settings/data-processing-services?settingsId=xxxxxxxx
