When is the banner resurfaced? – Usercentrics Support - EN

You can configure when the banner should resurface in the Admin Interface.
You can find these settings in the Configuration section, on the CMP Settings tab, under the Resurface CMP section.

Here you can select whether the banner should automatically resurface on major version increases, on minor version increases, or on patches.

You can also manually resurface the banner using the Resurface button.

The information of your specific CMP Setup is saved in the cache of the visitor’s browser. It’ll be deleted and refreshed after 30 minutes – that’s the duration of a session.
Therefore, if users still have active sessions, new CMP information will not be taken into account. That’ll happen once the active session has expired.
