How do I set up my first configuration after signing up with Usercentrics?

Onboarding mail

When signing up with Usercentrics via our website or through our Sales team, you’ll receive an onboarding email. This email includes a signup link which will take you to the Usercentrics Account Interface. Here you’ll be able to set up your configurations, i.e. one or more Consent Management Platform setups to be used with your website(s) and/or app(s).

Once you have signed in, you’ll be directed to your company page.
Click the arrow pointing to the right:

Add and create a configuration

You’ll now reach your configurations page. Here, you can add as many configurations as needed by using the Add Configuration button:

Select the appropriate Framework Type (legislation):

Select the type of configuration you need:

Enter the information requested and click the Create Configuration button to finish your setup:

That’s it, you've now successfully set up your first configuration.

Manage your CMP settings

Now you can manage your CMP settings.
To do this, click the right arrow icon of the configuration. To manage the configuration itself, click the three dots to the left of the arrow symbol.
