How to See your Commission
Within the Partner Portal, you can navigate to the “Commission” tab to view your accumulated commissions, which are calculated based on your current partner tier.
As a referral partner, you earn commissions for each paid invoice that is attributed to your referral customers. Commissions are accumulated on a quarterly basis and can be tracked at any time through the commission tool in your Partner Portal.
At the end of each quarter, if your total eligible amount of paid customer invoices exceeds €500 or $500 (depending on your program currency), you become eligible to claim your commission payout.
To initiate the payout process, simply upload an invoice for the total accumulated commission amount - as outlined in part two of this guide.
Commission Overview
In the commission tab, you’ll find a quarterly overview of your earned commissions. Using the dropdown menu in the top-left corner, you can select between the current quarter or qualification period, as well as historical time ranges to view past commission data.
- Target Status: Located in the left box, this section displays your quarterly commission target of €500 / $500, based on paid customer invoices.
- Incentive: The right box shows your currently earned commission in the program’s primary currency (EUR or USD, depending on your country). Depending on your country, your earnings may also be displayed in your local currency.
- Summary: The Summary section provides a detailed breakdown of your revenue (paid customer invoices).
- View Sales: Click “View Sales” to access a comprehensive list of individual customer invoices that have contributed to your commission calculations.
View Sales
In the “View Sales” overview, can will find all invoices and their payment date. You can filter for a specific time period or export the list. To access a specific invoice, click on the respective invoice number in the table.
Detailed Invoice View
On the detailed invoice view, you can find the following detailed information on how each invoice contributed to your overall commission.
- Invoice number: A Usercentrics internal identifier for the invoice.
- Currency: The Currency the invoice was paid in by the customer.
- Payment amount: The amount of the invoice in the customer’s currency used for payment.
- Rebate % applied: Applied commission value (based on tier or renewal commission).
- Rebate Value: Commission value in your program currency.
How to Claim Your Commission
Follow these simple steps to successfully claim your commission after the quarterly period ends.
Step 1: Claim Your Commission
After the commission period ends, the claim window will open within 1–2 business days. If you’ve reached the revenue target, you’ll receive a notification informing you that you’re eligible to claim your commission.
To get started, click the “Claim” button in your commission dashboard.
Step 2: Submit Your Invoice
Upload an invoice reflecting your total commission amount.
- You can issue the invoice in your program currency (EUR or USD), or your local currency, if applicable.
- Ensure your invoice follows the invoice guidelines provided during the submission process to ensure smooth and timely processing (see the example for partners connected to Usercentrics A/S below).
Once your invoice is ready and meets the requirements, submit and confirm the commission claim.
Step 3: Review & Confirmation
After submission, your invoice will be reviewed and validated by our team.
- If we need any additional details or corrections, you’ll be contacted with further instructions.
- You’ll be notified by email once your payment is successfully processed and confirmed.
