You are eligible for a free subscription if you meet the requirements, being a single domain with fewer than 1.500 sessions a month.

Which subscription package do I need to upgrade to?

The number of domains you intend to surface a consent banner on and the number sessions per month will mainly determine which subscription package you will need. If you have a need for more than a handful of languages, this will also factor into your choice.

I've just upgraded to a paid subscription, but I still don't see my banner. Why is that?

Due to caching, which is a method for storing frequently accessed data in a faster-access location to reduce retrieval time, it can take up to an hour for the banner to reappear.

Can you reduce the time it takes for the banner to reappear after subscribing?

We fully understand that the delay in having the banner reappear after the trial expires is somewhat of a nuisance. However, we needed to find a balance between performance and reactiveness.
Reducing the delay would negatively impact the performance of any website that surfaces Usercentrics CMP.
