Please log in with your existing account under account.usercentrics.eu and you will see the following overview:
- Companies: will show the Company (or Companies) you are assigned to as a user
- Unassigned: will show the Configurations that are (currently) not assigned to any Company
We have created a company for you already, there are some steps for you to take in order to finally setup the company according to your needs:
1. Assign your (existing) Configurations to your Company
- navigate to “Unassigned”
- You will see all Configurations you are assigned to as a user, but without Company assignment
- Click “Manage configurations” (upper right corner)
- A modal will open, select all Configurations with the checkbox
- select your company, and go next
- Move the Configurations to your Company, and select the Checkbox to copy user permissions (this checkbox is optional)
2. Access your Company and set up User Management
- Navigate to “Companies” and select your Company
- You will now be able to see the assigned Configurations under your Company
you can:
- Add Configurations with the “Add Configuration” Button
- set up Geolocation Rulesets
- change User Management
- look at Company Details
- Set up your User Management by clicking “Manage User Permissions”
Existing User Permissions do still apply, you can set up different roles and permission for the whole Company, as well as on a Configuration level. Learn more with our documentation.
