How can I change or reset my password?

Do you have a Starter, Advanced, or Premium license?

Follow the same steps but within our Account Interface.

If you're trying to access the Admin Interface but can't remember your password, please follow these steps:

Access the page admin.usercentrics.eu.
Enter your email address with which you created a user / account and click on continue.
Now you can change the password via the Forget password? button.
In the next window, simply click on Continue.
You will then receive an email that will allow you to reset your password.
