Here's our step-to-step guide on how to implement Usercentrics on Squarespace.
- Login to your Squarespace site, go to Settings and click Advanced.
- Go to the Code Injection section.
- Find the header and the footer of your website on the left sidebar.
- To add a Google Tag Manager container to your Squarespace site, copy and paste the header code from GTM into your website header box.
- Copy the body code from your Google Tag Manager into your website’s footer box.
- Save the changes.
- After implementing GTM on your page, you can implement the Usercentrics Script via the GTM Template. You can follow the steps here: Usercentrics Documentation.
To implement Consent mode, you will need to adapt the GTM script following the documentation for Consent Mode Usercentrics Documentation.
