FAQ
What benefits can I expect from migrating to CMP V3?
Version 3 of Usercentrics’ Consent Management Platform comes with a lot of enhancements, many of them are only available in V3. Some of these include:
- Substantially reduced file size and faster loading times
- Performance optimised UI
- WCAG 2.1 AA web accessibility certification
- Cross-device Consent Sharing (available in our Premium Plans)
- Advanced Analytics Dashboard and Reporting
- Custom CSS
- A/B Testing
- Multi-configuration Bulk Editing (available in our Premium Plans)

Do I need CMP V3 to obtain consent in accordance with TCF 2.2?
Yes. Because TCF 2.2 was not yet available with V1, it’s only included with V3. That’s the version that can enable TCF 2.2 compliant consent.

If you use the following, they will also need to be changed, as they differ between V1 and V3:
